$2,200,000 Bridge Loan for the acquisition of a 16,000 SF Multi-Tenant Industrial Property located in Riverside County, CA. Loan funds will be allocated to processing a condo map and for property renovations. Exit strategy will be unit sales to existing tenants and local business owners. All parties worked together to quickly meet an exchange sale deadline. This bank lender is active and looking to lend to best-in-class sponsors. This institutional client was referred to Mandri Capital by a mutual contact.

 

 

 

$1,900,000 Perm Loan to refinance a renovated 8-unit apartment property in West Hollywood, CA. The loan was priced in the low 3%’s for a 5-year term, with 4 years of interest only. Mandri Capital undertook a full market survey to identify the most aggressive pricing and terms for this repeat client. Mandri Capital managed all aspects of the loan process and closing on behalf of this repeat client.
