Have you ever worked at a private lending fund or at a bank lender? Do your past borrower clients still call you for help with commercial real estate loans?
Mandri Capital is growing our national affiliate network and we would like to speak with you!
We pay referral fees immediately after each loan closing. This is a commission-only role that offers as much or as little opportunity as you choose.

Your Referrals
As loan requests come across your desk, you pass along some basic information to your dedicated advisor at Mandri Capital for a preliminary review and quick feedback to the borrower.
Our Process
We take it from here! We work with the borrower to identify the best available loan option and manage the closing process through loan funding.
Your Referral Fees
Referral fees are paid within one week of loan funding.

Capital relationships include: Banks, Debt Funds, Private Lenders, CMBS, and Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, as well as Mezz Lenders and JV-Equity. Our capital database is updated daily.
Our clients are typically seasoned commercial real estate developers and investors working on projects in the $2M to $50M range. We work on an exclusive engagement basis on all capital placement assignments.
