Position Overview
Mandri Capital is growing our Debt & Equity Originations Team!
New Business: Leverage your existing (and new) relationships to source loan and equity placement assignments.
Placement & Closing: Lead marketing efforts (“pitching the deal”) to capital sources, as well as, facilitate the closing process.
You will be supported with underwriting/packaging, marketing, placement, and closing.
This role is for someone with a long term mind-set to grow with your clients and build your book business.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial mortgage brokerage, banking, alternative lending
• Existing network of middle-market developers and investor clients/touch-points
• Focus on business development
• Self-motivated
